The payment of medical bills ultimately rests with the patient. However, we ask that you make any required co-payment at the time of service. Insurance companies do make changes from time to time so you should call the office to make sure we are still affiliated with your company or to inquire if we have added it to our list of affiliates. If your health care is managed by an HMO or a PPO, you may need a special referral letter from your primary physician.
